About our Speaker
Carlos Arcos is an Elder Care Planning Attorney. His practice focuses on Trust Administration and Medi-Cal planning for families who are facing personal and legal issues concerning long-term or progressive illness.
He received his law degree from UCLA and served as an extern for Federal Judge William P. Gray. Throughout his 30 year plus career, Carlos has presented workshops and arranged training sessions for charitable and professional organizations including the following: the Huntington Medical Research Institute (HMRI), the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, the Department of Risk Management at UCLA, and the USC School of Gerontology Caregiver Resource Center.
