Todd is also a certified ASA Senior Appraiser. Todd has provided expert witness testimony in numerous state and federal courts regarding fair market, residual, and liquidation values for clients such as GE Capital, McDonald’s, Nissan Motors, Ford Motor and Primus Financial.
