About Maureen and Todd
Maureen Dearden and Todd Hollingshead are founding members of Hollingshead, Dearden & Associates LLC.
Maureen is a Senior Accredited Appraiser and has been active in the business valuation industry since 1999. Prior to joining the business valuation industry, she served as Director of Financial Planning at Princess Cruises. Maureen received an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Long Beach.
Todd is a Senior Accredited Appraiser and has been active in the business valuation industry since 1998. Todd served as a past Business Valuation Vice Chairman of the Los Angeles Chapter of the ASA. Prior to joining the business valuation industry, Todd worked in finance for Paine Webber and for Murdock, Inc. Todd received an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business.
