Kevin Mohr, JD
Professor Kevin E. Mohr teaches Contracts, Professional Responsibility and Law Practice Management & Technology at Western State College of Law in Irvine. He is a past Chair of the State Bar Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct and served as the Reporter/Consultant for the Rules Revision Commission. Professor Mohr writes frequently on professional responsibility and risk management issues. He is a co-author of Rutter’s CALIFORNIA PRACTICE GUIDE: PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY and LEGAL ETHICS: RULES, STATUTES AND COMPARISONS. He currently serves on the L.A. County Bar Professional Responsibility & Ethics Committee, of which he is a past chair.
Robert Kehr, Esq.
Robert Kehr, Esq. is a principal in Kehr, Schiff & Crane, LLP, in Los Angeles, where his practice includes business and other transactions, providing legal ethics advice, and serving as a consultant and expert witness concerning lawyer conduct. He was a member of the California State Bar Commission for the Revision of the Rules of Professional Conduct, the Chair of the State Bar Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct, and the Chair and a continuing member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee. Mr. Kehr is a frequent speaker and author regarding the professional responsibilities of lawyers and is an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School. Mr. Kehr is a graduate of Cornell University and the Columbia University School of Law.
