Bio for Willow A. Mc Jilton
Willow Mc Jilton is the founder of Willow Law Group, ALC, Inc., practicing in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ms. Mc Jilton’s practice focuses on estate planning for all family structures, including same-sex married couples, singletons and couples with no formal legally recognized relationship, and is a frequent speaker on planning issues related to such non-nuclear family structures.
Ms. Mc Jilton is certified as a specialist in Trust, Estate and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Mc Jilton is also an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge, and served as Chair of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Ms. Mc Jilton has been designated as a Rising Star (2009-2012) and a Super Lawyer (2015 -2017) by Southern California’s Super Lawyers magazine.
