Real Estate Mis-Management 101
By Mat Moore
Mat was recently retained by a Trustee to assume day-to-day management of, and formulate rehabilitation and marketing plans for, the liquidation of a real estate portfolio consisting of over 100 units and having a market value in excess of $30,000,000.
Using his experience of working on behalf of this trust as a case study, Mat’s presentation will focus on areas commonly mismanaged by owners and paid managers of income-producing real estate, and will discuss simple to ingrain management practices that can be used to protect marketability and improve the bottom line by 5 to 7% or more annually.
Anyone owning, or with clients owning income producing real estate, will benefit from this discussion!
